Do not inhale the smoke directly.

Burn candles in a suitable holder with the right dimensions.

Snuff out the candle before it has burned down to 1 centimetre from the edge of the candle-holder.

Do not place candles in a draft. A candle placed in a draft will always smoke and drip.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Place a candle straight up. A leaning candle will always drip and smoke.
