Kisco 6-Hour Clear Glass Votive Candles
Set the mood fast with our clear glass votive candles. These unscented votives are crafted with high-quality paraffin wax and 100% cotton wicks for a clean burn that lasts up to 6 hours. The clear glass cup adds a timeless touch that works for weddings, dinners, and everyday décor.
This 1.75 x 2.5 votive candle size is popular because it gives you candlelight that feels intentional without taking over the table. The clear glass keeps the look neat and consistent, which matters when you are styling multiple tables or running service night after night.
Because each votive comes in its own cup, setup stays simple. Place, light, and enjoy a warm glow that plays well with florals, linens, and food service. The wax is unscented, so it suits dining rooms and shared spaces where fragrance can feel out of place.
Best Uses
Weddings and Events
Use one per table for a clean, minimal look. For centerpieces, group two or three in a line or small cluster so the light feels fuller from across the room. Add a few extras for bars, entry tables, and lounge corners to keep the lighting consistent.
Restaurants and Hospitality
These votives work well on tables, host stands, and service counters because the clear cup looks polished and the unscented wax stays guest-friendly. For steadier burning in busy spaces, place them away from vents, fans, and frequently opened doors.
Churches and Ceremonies
The classic white candle in clear glass fits ceremony spaces where simple, respectful lighting matters. The neutral look blends with traditional and modern settings.
Home and Spa Settings
Use them on trays, shelves, and mantels for soft ambient light. Clear glass pairs easily with stone, wood, greenery, and seasonal décor.
Burn Performance
Burn Time: Up to 6 hours per votive in normal indoor conditions.
Clean Burn Notes: Strong airflow can push the flame and lead to flicker and a messier melt pool inside the cup. A quick wick trim before lighting helps keep the flame steady.
Indoor vs Outdoor: Best indoors. Outdoors, use only in sheltered setups like lanterns or protected holders since wind can cause uneven burning.
Heat Reminder: The glass can get hot during use. Allow it to cool before handling.
Bulk Ordering for Events and Businesses
If you are ordering for a venue, restaurant, or large event, planning in larger quantities saves time and keeps your look uniform across every table. Many customers choose the 48-pack for bigger layouts and keep extra votives on hand for last-minute changes during setup.

Care and Storage
Store votives in a cool, dry place away from direct sun and heat sources. For event transport, keep the cups upright in their original packaging or in divided bins so glass does not clink during travel. For best results at a venue, stage candles in place first, then light once final table styling is complete.

Do the votive candles come with glass cups?
Yes. Each of these votive candles comes in its own clear glass cup, ready to be placed and lit.
Are these glass votives unscented?
Yes. These votives are unscented, so they work well around food, florals, and fragrance-sensitive guests.
How long do the 6-hour votives burn?
They’re designed to burn for up to 6 hours. Placement matters. Calm areas away from vents and fans help the flame stay steadier.
What does “1.75 x 2.5” mean?
That’s the listed size for the votive and cup. Many customers use it for table spacing and for checking the fit inside a decorative holder.
Can the glass cup go inside a lantern or hurricane holder?
Yes. Many customers place the glass cup inside lanterns or hurricanes for styling and added protection. We recommend leaving breathing room around the glass and open space above the flame.
If the wax is in glass, what can cause a mess or soot?
With glass votives, mess usually shows up as uneven melting inside the cup or soot on the inside of the glass. Drafts and a wick that’s too long are the most common causes.
Do I need to trim the wick?
Sometimes. If the wick looks long before lighting, a quick trim helps keep the flame steady.
How do I get a cleaner burn during an event?
Place votives on a level surface and keep them away from vents, fans, and open doors. If you’re clustering multiple glass votives, give them some space so heat doesn’t build up across the group.
Can I use these glass votives outdoors?
They perform best indoors. Outdoors, use them only in sheltered setups like lanterns or protected holders, since wind and airflow can affect burn quality.
Does the glass get hot?
Yes. The glass cup can get hot during use. Let it cool fully before moving it, cleaning it, or packing it away.
What’s the best way to put a glass votive out?
Snuff the flame without moving the cup, then let the glass cool completely before handling.
Can I relight a votive after putting it out?
Yes. Let the wax settle for a moment, then relight. If the wick tip is buried, wait until the wax firms up, then gently clear the wick tip.
Can I reuse the glass cups?
Yes, many customers reuse them. Let the cup cool, remove leftover wax carefully, then wash and dry before reuse.
What’s the easiest way to remove leftover wax from the glass?
Let the cup cool fully. Chilling the glass can help the wax release more easily. After removing the wax, wash with warm soapy water and dry.
How many votives do I need for 15 tables?
For a simple look, plan one per table, so 15. For fuller centerpieces, plan two to three per table, so 30 to 45. Add a small buffer for bars, entry tables, and last-minute layout changes.
Should I buy the 24-pack or the 48-pack?
Choose the 24-pack for smaller setups or a test run. The 48-pack is a better fit for larger table counts and keeping spares on hand.
Can I buy these in bulk for an event or business?
Yes. We offer bulk ordering options for higher-quantity needs, and wholesale ordering for qualified buyers.

Do not inhale the smoke directly.

Burn candles in a suitable holder with the right dimensions.

Snuff out the candle before it has burned down to 1 centimetre from the edge of the candle-holder.

Do not place candles in a draft. A candle placed in a draft will always smoke and drip.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Place a candle straight up. A leaning candle will always drip and smoke.

Never place a burning candle near curtains or other flammable objects. It is open fire, therefore caution is always necessary.

The wick should not be longer than 1 cm. If the wick is longer it may smoke and flicker. If necessary, cut the wick before lighting the candle.

Burn candles out of the reach of children and pets.

Place a candle on a non flammable coaster or in a non flammable holder. Of course, make sure the candle is placed in an adequate way and cannot not fall over.

Place candles at a distance of 10 cm from each other. Candles which are placed too close together can use each others’ heat which might cause dripping.

Do not move a burning candle.
